Founding partner Kyrie O’Connor is an internationally experienced marketing executive with a successful track record in creating opportunities for existing and new businesses for companies of all sizes. She developed her flexible, entrepreneurial approach through classical marketing training at Kraft/General Foods and honed her skills with brands including Cuisinart, Bally Shoes in Switzerland, BhS (British Home Stores in the UK), OneClip.com, Corning and London Fog. Kyrie graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University and earned an MBA with distinction from the NYU Stern School of Business specializing in marketing and business planning.
Janet’s extensive business and marketing experience spans blue chip consumer goods giants, private equity firms/portfolio companies and early-stage businesses. With an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School, classic brand management skills and an entrepreneurial drive, Janet innovates to create growth. At Clairol, Ragu Foods, Johnson & Johnson and Arnold Foods, Janet ran major businesses and led new product development. She worked with portfolio companies of private equity firms such as Thomas H. Lee Partners/Snapple, J.W. Childs, The Charterhouse Group. She has a passion for smaller and entrepreneurial companies.
